ZDAS 1250 Tons Open-Die Forging Press

State of the art semi-automated open-die forging press from ZDAS to produce near net shaped forgings. The forging press has the capability to forge up to 5 tons single piece weight

Heat Treatment

Fully-automated Heat Treatment System that has been custom designed by Aichelin for Mohgatech. This facility is one of its kind in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Our heat treatment system exceeds the requirements of API 6A Appendix M.
The Facility has been calibrated to API 6A Appendix M/ API 6D Appendix F and as per AMS 2750E
The Facility consist of:
  • Gas fired hardening furnace with a temperature uniformity ± 8 Degree Celsius
  • Electric fired tempering furnace with a temperature uniformity ± 5 Degree Celsius
  • Charger car with 12 ton carrying capacity
  • 200,000 Liters water quenching facility
  • 130,000 Liters polymer quenching facility
